Leon Slotow Associates (“LSA”) is committed to handling personal information responsibly and in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

This may include identification and contact information, business information, information relating to premises and licence applications, supporting documentation and communications with clients.

How we use information

We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or where retention is required or permitted by law.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or, where applicable, deletion of personal information held about you. You may also object to certain processing and direct marketing and may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

If you believe that we have not handled your personal information appropriately, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa. The Regulator provides formal POPIA complaint and security-compromise processes.
